black blob wrx pulled by police A590 The Lakes
Heading back from Cartmel races seen police fly after a black blobeye wrx that was clearly just driving at the speed of the traffic. Was on A590 in the Lake District.
I had been next to the parked police car waiting to pull out before the scooby drove past. The policeman didnt have a speed gun so i was wondering what he said to the driver.
Out of interest can you be done for speeding if the police see that you are clearly speeing but have no photographic / radar + picture evidence?
Do they try to trick you into admitting that you were speeding????
