A few pics of my Run today
Seeings it was such a nice morning and having got back from fixing a sicky bad combi boiler I thought I'd go for a run with the Mrs up to Devils Bridge, stop for a coffee and back over Elan Valley Mountain Road. I didn't post anything about it as it was off the cuff and wasn't quite sure where I was heading until I got out of Crickhowell. Not sure how to post pics on a thread so here's the link to some pics I took over the mountain road.

Thanks Chris, yes nice roads up around there although the new road the other side of Builth Wells has spoilt the fun a little, I thought the mountain road over to the Elan Valley would've been a lot more busy that it was too. I did mention to the Mrs about Pembrey but she wasn't up for it, although I wouldn't have been able to make it for the reason stated in my first post.

It did cross my mind about posting something up Dai but within an hour I was home and out so I thought it would of been to short notice for people to get ready etc.
Bry, it was a very nice morning so I couldn't resist a little tootle even though the roads were wet and salty but the rear inner arches were smothered in copper slip and it was power washed off well when I got her home. Next time we pop up around there I'll probably post something up the week before to see if anyone else fancies it.

Car looking nice a clean Jay, lovely day to take in some very descent roads, definately fortunate to have such roads so close to home.
We changed our plans abd webt for a rasp up on epynt and surrounding hills for a rasp in the moto-x bikes given the weather was so good, still froggin cold though!
Good call on keeping them arches spik and spam, there bloody keen as hell up here on the gritting fair play.

Cheers Rob, yeah we're lucky to have some cracking roads in Wales and I never get bored driving them. It was a fresh one, the Mountain road was icy in places too, probably no different to the ranges, I do miss the Mewla (sure it was?) being run up there over the Xmas break due to it now being moved to later in the year.
