Why bother with an STi filter? They are a waste of money, just go for the standard genuine filter, also the old type black filter is available from Advanced Automotives for £16 inc delivery as a lot of people don't like the newer type blue filters.

A standard one from halfords Dylan picked it up,I'm back with him in another 150 miles, having the second oil change, then another 500 miles, for the final oil change of the running in process, and I basically want a good filter and oil.

Winston, Ceri,

These have a good reputation amongst garages and that's why I bought one. The plug is a bonus and very useful. A piece of wee wee to remove as they have the nut on the bottom of the filter.

Just call me Captain .
