What colour should I go for??
Seeing as my car will be being repaired and then resprayed I need to get my **** in gear and sort out what paint colour I want to go for. I want to keep it Blue, but what shade/colour to go for??
1. P1 Blue.
.
2. Colin McRae Blue (was this orininally).
3. WRC Blue. (Not Colin McRae in poll)
4. WR1 Blue.
5. Other

All those colours are not common and won't be cheap. I thought you would have to go like for like with insurance?

Not if I take cash to fix it instead and add cash ontop and get the whole lot done.
But if it was getting repaired by a body shop they would repair and paint in same colour.

Glass out and back to bare metal first would be my first choice and then the original colour.

WR(C) blue definitely the best of the bunch, failing that the P1 blue but definitely not the WR1 blue.

Yeah the second Mcrae should be WRC blue, I typed it in and it came up as that when it refreshed

My next door neighbour owns Cymru Autoglazing, so not a problem to have glass removed and put back in. I can do that all myself anyways as I did work for him for 6+ months and have all the tools, and have done it a fair few times.

Never seen a classic in the WR1 colour so id be very tempted to go for that..

upto you but i think black bonnets look cheap like your trying to make it look like you got carbon even though alloy bonnets are lighter than most carbon
