Sorry guys know you dont see me posting up very often, but am gonna definatly let you all know my views on greenlight.

Have just renewed my scoobs ins with them for this year, paid the full amount just over £500, plus a £25 fee to open up the mileage for the year, then then decided i had to pay them an extra £65 for going over last years mileage..
been phoning me every other day, i was driving my mum in her car the bloke was so snotty that i couldnt give him a payment via debit card...

So phoned them to pay, as i was paying on lees card and they refused payment as he wasnt here mind you they took payment from his card knowing full well it wasnt mine...and he never gave authorisation...

Because of this fact that i pointed out that they took payment from him without authorisation they have cancelled all my insurance and i have 7 days to find new cover...

mind you its gonna take them 14-30 days to refund me my money via cheque

so now have no car thanks to these numpties....and due to probably have a c-sec in the next week.....CHEERS.....

yeah i will do, waitin for the steam to stop coming from my ears....

the bit i liked the most was some bloke who said he was a partner in the firm came on the phone, ande called me a liar, telling me lee must have spoke to some one to give his permission..he didnt he was at work mind...NOPE....then said well its obvious you have a problem with us....WELL I DO NOW

if the payment was taken by card they should refund onto the card it was taken off

especialy if they think it wasnt autharised.

99% of insurance companys record all calls so they can check back to when you payed to see if Lee went on the phone

sounds to me like there a fly by night company and your better off without them cos if you had to make a claim you know there gunna stall you all the way,,,,,

Its ker on lees , i asked them to check the calls, and the bloke reckoned the tech man wasnt able to for him to listen to it , like i told them dont assume what your employee told me cause i know what happened...

they wont refund back on to his card, they said that it takes 7 days for them to get the money from the insurance company and then they send it out via a cheque, thats whats annoyed me so much cause they gave me 7 days to get new ins, but with out the cash i cant...

cars gonna go off the road till i get the refund, its annoyin cause i got a weeks full of hospital appointments..
