Convoy to spring PCAD.
Right,
We need to be at show by 8.30; I've requested a later entry time but it's not possible so the convoy will leave Magor services Jct 23A at 7.45 SHARP.
Please remember to bring your tickets and passes and please remember the convoy is not a race.
Please note BBQs are not permitted but do remember to bring your own food drinks etc for the picnic if you wish to join in.
Let's hope the weathers kind.
Ta

I think personally that we should be going for a 6.45am at the very latest departure time, remember last weekend going up to Ajec we arranged for 7.15 and we finally left after 7.30. Not helped by the fact that some people eat their food slower than a tortoise.

Jacqui here,
As kev said he really tried to get a later start, Unfrotunately all cars need to be on stand by no later then 9am and the late times do get clogged by traffic entering combe.
Also this year we are in a position which is right by the gate meaning through traffic has to get past - it will be a case of dumping cars anywhere then arranging so need you all with your cars until at least the stand is in place.
If you are going to par take in picnic could you please let me know what you intend to bring as we need to have a good mix of food!

I'd prefer to leave Magor at 7am. We'd be there comfortably for 8am giving Jacqui more time to play musical cars.
