Default I'm having a little moan here!

Sorry folks but I need to vent some steam.

I took the wifes MX 5 in for its first service to-day at Newport Mazda and so far as I can tell they changed the oil and kicked the tyres all for the pricey sum of £151

But the icing on the cake was the charge of over £5 for topping up the washer bottle!!

Ruddy main stealers is it any wonder that people go to a good local independent

Anyway rant over, steam vented and thats life.

At that price I'd like to think it being a double Vodka so at least come the winter the bottle does not freeze up

It's no wonder main dealers got such a bad name in general.

Having had the same experience with my ex'x Mixer I know where your coming from from.

I went to Newport Mazda because they where £50 cheaper than their Cardiff franchise but they quoted different levels of service for the age and mileage compared to Newport. They even forgot to stamp the service book!

Who was right? Don't care the cars been sold Moan over

I've a good mind to take it back and ask them to remove the egg cup full of washer fluid and seek a refund

I wonder how that would go down
