Sunday midday A449 between Raglan and Usk southbound, dark blue van (newish) in long layby. Had red/yellow reflective strip under driver's side rear window and that nice camera silhouette on the side but no marker board out (I thought they had to show this). Traffic was light, so visible from a fairways off. I wonder what they'd do if you parked up close to them thereby spoiling their field of view (preferably in a large fork off artic).

From first hand experiance, if you park and block thier view they look annoyed and pack up and leave
