Hey yeah,

You put the replacement special tyresure valves inplace of the normal valves and they have a little electronic box that fits to the other side of the valve on the inside on the rim which acts as a sender and that sends the tyre pressure reading to the box inside the car that then displays it.

If the tyre pressure goes under a certain PSI it alerts you, its a good system i want one for when i am on track so i can see how much my tyre pressure goes up when driving

Cheers
Jimmy
