There have been a few questions about the SP400 working in the cold.

Here is a video of the Super-PowerPack SP400 jump starting an ice cold Lexus 4.3 litre V8 with the battery disconnected in a freezing morning.

It is useful to keep in the glove box, and great when you need it.
Not to mention it makes a great christmas gift to car enthusiast as we always have car that don't start when we need it to.

A quick review of the result from Vlad of the 350Z-UK forum
Looks like it done the job without any issue even on the 3.5 litre engine.

Original post can be seen here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/93077-s.../#entry1408680

Ordered mine yesterday, turned up today! So thumbs up for quick dispatch and delivery!
Looks like a pretty cool bit of kit...portable and comes with bag for it, which is a bonus!
Will test it tomorrow morning as battery is completely dead

Started up car, with completely dead battery, this morning with no problem at all
Merry Christmas everyone

I ordered one yesterday, when should I expect delivery? I appreciate with the holidays it may be a little while.

Hi, is it only good for 1 jump start of a dead car battery? And how long or often does it need to be charged?

From demo testing for dealer, we could jump 3 - 4 car at a go.
It will depends on how dead the car is, how dirty its terminal, and condition of the starter motor to determine how much power it use to actually start the car.

But generally speaking, you will be able to jump start more than 1 car in a charge.

Have you got your power pack Stefan.
As the christmas / new year holiday all staggered with the weekend, many courier actually didn't do any delivery.

Your good was send out on the 29th, but wasn't sure if they deliver to you.
If you have any problem, just let me know.

Jerrick,

Now received it and it jump started my Impreza which had a dead battery so all good. The courier had delivered it to a neighbour but not left a card hence why I didn't go and call for it.

Thanks,

Stefan

Courier huh?
I'll let the warehouse manager know so he will have a word with the courier.
Glad it work well for you (because I'll be in trouble if it didn't work).
