its common on newage cars your suspension is on its way out, mine is doing the same now, i think there is a couple of temp fixs but no cure.
seems the best thing to do is find a decent set of coilovers

mine still under warranty with aa warranty and its not worth the paper its wrote on dont cover anything my ecu went pop bout month ago still ran and everything but no boost or nothing and i took it to an '' AA approved garage'' and they said the boost solenoid had gone so had all that changed bout 400 quid later after labour and that still not running right, then took it scooby world they told me ecu had gone and the warranty would only give me £322 for everthing !!!!!!! but depending on your warranty who its with and that they might do, but mine is gold star aa warrantee so god knows wat bronze is like

sorry about the essay lol

Just hand a look in my hand book, and it seems that I have an extended warranty with Subaru. I`m going to call them tomorrow. It says the parts not covered in it, nothing about suspension.

Had my 56 car serviced at a main dealer in november, with a couple of weeks left on the warranty. They offered an extended warranty, and the impression I got was that the struts would be covered. I didn't go for it though, needless to say I now have the dreaded knocking noise!! To be honest, strikes me as a good excuse to get some coilovers

i took mine back to the dealer (to get ppp fitted) about a month after purchase and mentioned that the rears were suddenly making more noise over the speed bumps. they changed them "just in case" no Qs asked. so in my experience i suppose it is to do with how long it is since you bought from them.

Hi guys,
Had a call from the dealer today and they have replaced the worn strut, so it must be covered under warranty, proberly only if its from a subaru dealer you purchased it from. I`m happy with the result. Now just got to order my lowering springs.

upgrades usually always work out cheaper than OE parts + labour

Mate..I`ve learnt my lesson over the years on warranties, unless you buy from a main dealer the warranty are ****. My last six cars ive brought were from main dealers, and always took them back for warranty stuff and no problem at all.
