The Tein S springs seem to give the lowest drop from a simple/safe spring change. I have the prodrive springs as I liked them in the previous new age I had. Only comments I have had regarding the Teins are that they are pretty unforgiving, where as the prodrives are both capable and comfy.

I changed mine to Eibachs on my classic, tbh ride height is hardly any different - needs a keen eye to spot its lowered!
The ride is much better though - but that could be down to the car having done 100k and the originals being tired.

Put the tein s-tech springs in my newage. Like the look and to b honest the ride is just the same as standard. Dont know about handling though as I dont drive hard. I also fitted them for looks.

40mm lower, koni sportkit, springs and adjustable inserts (crap fitting if im honest lots of work using old shock bodies/modifying them to accept inserts) like the ride/handling but will be fitting coilovers eventually.
