Max camber front with zero toe, factory camber rear with at least 1mm/side toe out, have a look at www.Whiteline.com.au.

Jim beat me to it. go straight to Whiteline and follow their reccommendations. i did this on my Stiv3 which went round corners (racing) on full lock(!) Did the mod, did the geometry (radical) and added MRT top mounts, Gosh, no understeer!

I find the Whiteline site be a bit tricky to negotiate (or maybe I'm just dense!) Anyway, to save any potential frustration, here are Whiteline's alignment recommendations for you:
Touring tuned (Sport tuned) [race tuned]
Front: Camber: -1.00 deg ( -1.50 deg) [-2.0 to -3.0 deg]
Toe: 0
Rear: Camber: -0.75 deg ( -1.00 to -1.25 deg) [-1.5 to -2.5 deg]
Toe: 1mm out ( 1-2mm out) [0-2mm out]
We (at Whiteline) would strongly argue against rear toe-in. We, in fact, recommend a small amount of toe-out for better response or toe neutral at worst.
Front: Camber: -1.00 deg ( -1.50 deg) [-2.0 to -3.0 deg]
Toe: 0
Rear: Camber: -0.75 deg ( -1.00 to -1.25 deg) [-1.5 to -2.5 deg]
Toe: 1mm out ( 1-2mm out) [0-2mm out]

Hmm, not too sure about toeing out the rear on a road car. Could make it nervous on the motorways.
You should think about changing the anti-roll bars. Try a whiteline rear adjustable 22mm

Why do you think it'll be nervous, I have in my WRX03 max camber/0 toe front, -1,15 camber/1mm per side toe out rear along with adjustable Whiteline rear ARB set at middle position and the car drives fine, believe me even in our "soap" roads it is quite predictable!
Of course it depends how you want it to be, I'd like a more oversteering car and if possible I'd fit a Suretrack or Quaife rear diff in mine.
I believe it's better to play equaly with all parameters that influence cars behaviour on corners rather only with suspension or only with alignment etc each one affects different cornering stage if you read a previous thread from Prodrives Damian Hurty you understand what I say!

thanks for that guys, I'm going to change the question a bit now......will this setup work with bog standard suspension until I get the coilovers?? Or is this a try and see sort of job. I'm not bothered about nervous handling lol thats what i'm after I want it nice and tail happy (in a ideal world) as long as its predictable
