Default Polly Bushes - Creaking!

I have a 2005 Wide Track on BC coilovers, WhiteLine ARB's and polly bushes...
Going over bumps is creaking like hell, also noted when i jack up the car.

Been told and from reading up, this is normal with polly bushes!

So i was thinking of putting maybe standard bushes back in the car? or is there another option? are there any pro's for gettting polly or anything else over standard bushes?

Its my 3rd car, and not really used all that - however once day when its ready i will track it...

I give my poly bushes a lube each time I service it, so every 6 months or less. Currently using lithium spray, but have used a silicone based one too.

It should be easy to lube poly bushes. Take them off, smear grease on your shaft and stick it back in the bush.

Sorry to highjack an old thread…
I have whiteline rear c links that the bushes split after a few years,I replaced them with power flex split bushes but wasn’t convinced they fitted right.
I bought a new set if links with poly bushes, after a couple of days they started to creak…bought a set of one piece bushes.,fitted them and guess what …..the ******* have started creaking again…
it’s doing my head in
anyone got any suggestions to cure this dilemma
