Default 22mm or 24mm

dia for rear ARB? Car will be used for the occasional track day but other than that it is a daily driver. Is there that much of a difference in the 2mm diameter??

If its your everyday car go dot the white line 22mm adjustable then you can firm it up when your off to the track!

i would have said the other way around.get the 24mm put it on soft or medium for everyday then stiffen it up for track.i bought the 22mm rear first thinking it would be ok and took it off a few days later and ordered the 24mm,which is set on the hardest setting all the time.thats just my thoughts anyway.

Look on their website, the extra 2mm makes a large difference....

I've got a 22mm bar and it only (really) slides on track, where you can push it harder.

hi tim ,it depends if you are an aggressive driver or not 24 mm will give you oversteer but you can fit 22mm on the front to balance it out
the 22mm works well on the rear along with other w/line mods

Cheers Guys,

I've got a few bits to go on (ALK and drop-links) and thought while its in bits I'd change the ARBS. I was going to get the 22mm front anyway, it was the rear I wasn't sure of.

I think I will go for the 22mm. I'm not an aggressive driver on the roads and I'm sure when I get the car on track, its abilities will be far greater than my own

Dam you Just when I had decided you throw that in

I really don't want to buy the 22mm rear, then decide I should have bought the 24mm, or buy the 24mm and hate it.

Think I might have to go the 22mm route, then maybe if I think I need more after a couple of track days invest in a 24mm.

I have the 24mm bar set to mid, which is the same as 22 on firm. I am a fairly smooth driver, however the car can be twitchy in the wet.
