STI Type R engine + Type R gearbox/diff
I'm selling the engine and gearbox out of my track car.
Engine
Its always been very well serviced using Motul 300v 10w/40 fully syn oil every 6 months. I don't really know the history of the car as I bought it of my mate in April 2010 but he said it had had a full engine rebuild before hand with standard STI pistons and V3 cams. I believe this as the oil pressure is excellent. Have a look.
Cold start
Once warmed up
I had the engine out a couple of years ago to re-shim the heads. At this point I took of the flakey inlet manifold of and gave it a good clean up. I also changed the inlet pipe to a silicone item, fitted an exhaust wrapped equal length manifold, done the cam belt, tensioner and pulleys. Oh and fitted a direct entry TD05 16G and fixed a leaky rocker cover, done both just for piece of mind. It done one track morning last March and has sat there since.
Looking for £750 complete.
Gearbox + Diff
DCCD gearbox which has redline heavy weight shock proof oil in it. 4.44 rear diff with Motul 90PA LSD oil in it.
Looking for £500 for the box, diff and prop.
Check out my build thread.

Give me a phone for more details as I'm sure there is something I've forgot. 07796542992
Cheers

I would only need the box, in fact only the DCCD with the metal plate and wiring, its for a '97 forester. How much would you sell me this and is the DCCD in good condition ?

That seems to be a nice offer, i'd better have the prop for £ 500 and get the box and diff for free !
What is important to me is to have a very nice condition DCCD that really locks (plates) when i go off road but that is open when on road...I've read your build thread, very nice impreza !
