Its 1 of those things , only a piece of metal i keep telling myself

Its a straight cut 1st to 4th gear and standard uk 5th gear. complete box with everything there to drop it straight in. also got center diff control.
Ihad an 4 paddle AP clutch but that was in the car so prob no good?

Well the police rang me earlier and they said it was not arson , it started under the dash

It was parked in my dads building yard where its sat for 2 weeks with no problems so i dont believe it started itself
And as for insurance its on my traders policy so not sure whether they will pay me for all the mods as it owed me over £30,000

Unless you declared them mate you have no chance, you will receive book value for the age vehicle it is.
Mine is insured on my traders but I was told by our broker that anything you want paying out on upon theft/fire would need to be declared.

Very sorry to be the bearer of more bad news

Gutted mate, all that time + money gone.
You'll need to check your policy, as some traders policys are 3rd party only.
Hope you get things sorted and GLWTS.

Im still trying to find the right ones, don't know whether to just go brembo with standard discs and pads or buy the calipers on their own and then get updated discs.

The price of the larger handbrake shoes is also a sticking point.

I will get there in the end as I'm in no rush.

I've got these brakes on my classic, they are utterly awesome.

I would be interested in the discs and pads though as a spare set.
