Default AP RACING BRAKE KIT

Full AP Racing brake kit for sale. Classic fitment but I believe they will fit newage up to 2004. All parts are boxed, new and never used.

AP Racing CP5000 4 pot calipers (same spec as CP5200 but these are from the race series - no piston dirt seals but better high temp seals. This is their newer design of this caliper - http://www.apracing.com/ProductDetai...ProductID=2679 ), 330mm AP Racing discs, BG Developments aluminium bells, BG Developments aluminium caliper mounting brackets, Ferodo pads, Stainless steel braided brake lines, all nuts, bolts and washers.

The calipers are more suited to track use than every day commuting but Pete Collen from AP Racing told me they are fine for road use in fair weather but not suitable in winter because of the road salt and grit. He suggested upgrading them to take anti-rattle clips which I have done. (Pete Collen can be contacted to confirm this or I have the emails from him should anyone wish to see). The calipers are hard anodised grey. The bells are in the process of being painted black at the moment with VHT paint and will post pics when finished.

£975 for all this kit, no offers please. NO LONGER FOR SALE
If you were to price up all these parts like for like new from an Ap Racing stockists you would be paying somewhere in the region of at least £500 more.
Collection prefered but delivery can be arranged.

Primed and then baked at 3 increased temperatures with 30 min cool down inbetween each. Cannot apply black top coat for a week after last coat so will be done by this weekend.

2 light coats of VHT gloss black followed by a medium wet coat. Let dry for 3 hours then baked at 100 degrees c for 1 hour.

I've decided to keep these brakes now but thought I might as well put pic up of finished bells.
Mods - can this thread be moved, maybe as a project thread or similar. I'll post pics when they're fitted.
