Would the rails fit a v3/v4 inlet manifold?
Do all seals and fixings come with the rails?

If a v3/v4 has factory top mount injectors it should fit, all the seals and female fittings as pictured. So yes. However I think you need the male fittings to attach to your fuel lines.
