2004 Impreza WR1 No 291. NOW SOLD NOW SOLD
Hi all,
For sale is my 2004 WRX STi WR1, its no 291 of 500, its done 62000 miles, and i am looking for £9750ono, please take a look at the pictures and further description after, thanks for looking Kev.
the wheels have just been fully refurbed and new centres fitted, they have been sprayed a graphite colour rather than the standard off silver the original colour is, they also have new centres that are darker as well, i will try to get some photos and add them on. And i cannot find any pictures of the interior so i will take some at the weekend.
It had a new MOT last month, it will be due the small oil service next which is probably due in the next month or so, I have not done much more than 3-4K a year in it, and I have owned it for 3 years. It is in top condition, i had the clutch replaced last year, and it had new brakes fitted last year, front disks with upgraded brembo sport pards, and rear disks pad and shoes replaced, the brakes are now excellent compared to the standard brembo pads. I also had the power steering belt replaced as in the cold just after starting it, it was squeaking and annoying me. I have just had the wheels referbed they are darker than the standard colour and they look great, I have also fitted new wheel centres to match. its had 2 new front tyres, i brought a set of genuine WR1 matts front and back for it. A subaru boot tidy, new wiper blades, new battery (although found it didn't need a new one in the end), i had the WR1 front wing stickers replaced as they had faded with original stickers (not copies), i have just fitted new batteries in the 2 keyfobs, it has had the major 60K service done which includes the very expensive cambelt changes, it has only missed 1 service just before i brought it which was the oil change (small service), nothing major so i made the dealer i brought it from change every single fluid and replace everything service wise to make up for this, since i have had it all servicing has been done by a performance car specialist in Yeovil that i have been using for years and they have looked after all my previous performance cars, and I have always been really happy with there service. The tax runs out at the end of july, and a new MOT was put on the end of January.
I am sure i have forgotton loads, and if you want to know anything else let me know.
I am looking to replace it with either a Nissan 350Z or a Chrysler Crossfire, but if you want to part ex somthing let me know.
thanks again Kev.

Hi scoobynelly,
I believe this price to be pretty good for a car with the history of mine and all the things done, and also the condition. Maybe the pictures are not the best, and i plan on getting some new ones up if the weather is fine at the weekend. I don't disagree with what you say about being able to buy one for 7K but it wont be a good low mileage one, i have spend a while deciding if to sell and have been checking other adverts on the usual places. So i think for now i will leave the price where it is.

I sold mine for £9700 2 years ago with 49k on the clock. I'd say leave your price where it's at and review all offers. I recently had my 06 Spec C up for sale with 19k miles on, I advertised it over priced then sold it 2 days after advertising it for an offer that was good for me and the buyer. Stick to your price mate and review all offers.
