Default MY98 Terzo

1998 Classic Subaru Impreza Turbo 2000 AWD Terzo in Sonic Blue (all models)

One of (255) 333 made to celebrate Subaru winning the World Rally Championship for the third time in a row.
Had my Terzo a few months now but it hardly gets used as I took it in part ex for my bike. Now we moving house to where I won't have a garage anymore to store it. Recently took it in for an MOT where it failed on steering gaitors and ball joints and few other minor issues such as bulbs and pedal rubbers. All these have now been sorted and its passed MOT with no other probs. Tax runs till end of June and then i will be declaring the car sorn. Engine has no rattles or piston slap. Recently had a service and timing belt done at 100k. Mileage is now 141k. Loads of receipts and history.

Modifications:
STI Rear Boot Spoiler
JUN Front Spoiler
Side, Rear skirts, Mirrors and Door handles colour coded
Quick Shift Gear Lever
TIM White Turbo Boost Gauge in full length pillar pod
Crystal Headlamps and Side Lights with Clear indicators
Eibach Pro Uprated/Lowered Spring Kit (Prodrive Settings laser aligned by Mocom Racing)

looks like the standard turbo it originally comes with. The dyno printout says 260bhp. It does have a 1bar boost guage fitted with shows 1bar when hitting boost. Possibility it could be running more than that now as I have no idea what mods were done at time of that dyno.

How can it only be making 243bhp and 1 bar of boost if it has an "Apexi Power FC ecu fitted and mapped by Mocom Racing"

And why would you have a boost controller on it with an Apexi.

Something doesnt add up.

Its a good looking car and i'd be interested in it but with 140k on the clock and a chequered list of mods etc the price is too rich for me. You say it "recently had the timing belt done at 100k, now its done 140k" so how quickly has it done the last 40k? What do you class as Recently?

Some interior pics, Apexi pics, service history details would be good too. Let me know what youre willing to take for it.

Ok the dynograph was done at surrey rolling road back in 2010 by the previous owner and I can only guess that is what it is still running. Could be less or more by now. I haven't done any of the mods since I got the car a few months ago.
I have spoken to Zak at Mocom and he does remember fitting the ecu and the manual boost controller. As far as I am aware but correct me if i am wrong but the Apexi Power FC can NOT control the boost without a boost controller kit add-on or in this case a manual boost controller.
The receipt for the cam belt service was dated in 2010. When I said recently I meant just the service which consisted of filters, engine oil, coolant change, brake fluid change, spark plugs, air con gas refilled and general lubrication of most hinges and joints.

You ask how quickly its done 40k well I'm guessing between 2010 and now. I haven't even done 500miles in this car yet. I've got a folder about 1.5" thick of receipts including the original sales receipt from new.

Hope this answers some of your questions. Should you want to see more pics of interior I can get them this evening when I get home assuming its not raining.
