If memory serves right its a 6mm thread and either use a 8mm hex headed bolt or phillips headed bolt about 15mm long would be ok mate.
Doesn't have to be precise as long as there not to long as to puncture up through the top side of the spoiler.

As above, use stainless bolts and penny washers under each to spread the load.
Both available off e-bay, or in packs of ten from Screwfix

You can buy the foam rings from a dealer. Many people use silicone, or SikaFlex/TigerSeal.

I would use none of the above, since once they are in use, the spoiler is in place for ever. Should you ever NEED it off, you'll be struggling.

The correct stuff to use is Carafax grey, a non-setting mastic used in the caravan industry to provide permanently waterproof, but removable seals on caravans. (It also happens to be the stuff to seal the rear lights).
It can be had off e-bay, here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CARAFAX-IDL-99...item43a69514c2

Mine came from e-bay, delivered next day, MUCH cheaper than the caravan shops wanted....some were asking £8 a tube
