Default My bugeye headlight mod

Got given a set of Ebay halo headlights for free. Dipped beam/driving lamps are needed and im going to try and copy the 2001-2002 WRC headlights, or something similar:

2001-2002 WRC car:

These are the Ebay headlights im gonna mod:

What they look like on the car:

Ive ordered a set of projector dipped beam lamps, while I was waiting I cut out the top part using a Dremmel so they can be used as air intakes/vents, mesh will be used here:

Needed to relocate the indicators, so bought a set of LEDs housed in silicone, unsure where to put them as yet:

Off:

On like this:

Or this:

Thats it so far, just waiting on the lamps and mesh

Thoughts? bad or good are appreciated peeps.

I would imagine they need to be within a certain distance from the side of the car, and above a minimum height too....

Hi

just a thought

indicators might look good in the grill pieces where the 2 grooves are?? in both grooves too to make sure they are seen

might be best to ask your mot man first save hassle

Good work on the headlights. Not a fan of the indicators though.

Just to let you know re; the positioning, there are a few regulations you need to follow ie height, distance apart, angle of visiblity etc.
All the info required can be found Here

Looks good. Indicator wise, why not put them along the flat edge of the headlight clusters where you are going to put the mesh (just above the twin lights)?
