Default bugeye fog covers-are these any good?

I'm in the market for some fog covers for my bugeye.
these ones on ebay some ok and the price is good.

SUBARU IMPREZA 01-02 FOG LIGHT LAMP COVER BUG EYE GD8 on eBay (end time 30-Mar-10 17:54:40 BST)

has anyone here got these?

would you recommend them?

I had them. You will need the brackets to fit them and they dont always fit the best.

ummm...might give them a miss then.
i hate it when things don't fit properly.

ive seen the ets ones on the net...are they a good fit?.price looks good

Im happy with 2 sets i received Fit so tight that you dont even need to screw them in if you dont want to

I'm liking the covers you have Dave, is it easy to connect some piping to get air up the way? Do they come with brackets, or did you say they are not needed?

piping is easy to connect. bit fiddly to get it past the intercooler pipes in the wing also but ive done it. Mine arent held in with anything. my number plate is attached to the "non hole side" cover now with nothing holding it on still. they fit that well. At £30 i think its good value

In hind site i should fix them in as its easy for pikey ****ers to half hinch them

I have HT Autos ones, they come with the brackets and screws and fit perfectly:

Thats the Lister ones, I bought them years ago, had them painted and lost one, to this day I still can't for the life of me know what happened to them!!

Still got the one sitting in the garage lol

Try Dave Reid Motorsport in Livingston, thats where I got mine and hes a grwat guy to deal with.
