Default reverse bonnet scoop for classic

hi all,

anyone no where i can get a reverse centre scoop for my classic shape 99, its a normal scoop but round the other way with the opening towards the screen, ive seen um some where before but cant think where.

anyone know?????

do you want it to sit "in" your bonnt or on "top" like the above ?

i want it to replace the original scoop, but i could well be intrested in that bonnet.

wat sort of money would you be looking for mate????????

had this convo with a mate the other day

apperntly cusco have one on there demo car but they dont actually sell them, its another jap company which makes them, and i remember the price being a bit "harsh"

It fits in the hole the scoop does but is slightly larger than the hole so sits over it. Its very effective but i put the old scoop back on. It will fit facelift bonnets not sure about prefacelift bonnets. Its Carbon as you can see and made by Seibon if anyone wants it its £100 and ts sat in my garage.

Its no good if you have a Top Mount Intercooler as it gets air OUT of the engine bay not in.

Why would you want a reverse scoop when you have a TMIC like someone already said you need as much air to your TMIC as pos..

Im confused!!! It would probably have the same effect on the TMIC if it was fitted on the boot of the car. Looks ok but whats the point???

As said above it gets hot air Out not cool air in. Thought it was obvious youd need a Front Mount.
