Do the New STI 8 Fog covers fit the New WRX ?

Yes they fit, they are cheap if you buy them as set (different Subaru part number).

Hang on a sec. I could be wrong but i've just rung a subaru dealer and they said the front bumper on the UK STI and standard WRX models are different so the fog lamp covers are NOT interchangeable. This makes sense as otherwise i'm sure a lot of people would do it and i have'nt seen any standard WRX's with is done.

I paid about £60 for the pair ,come already painted with the logo on,they will fit absolutely no problem at all

You have to remove the foglight surround otherwise they won't clip in. I have them on my WRX03 too.

as andy says pop out existing surround,leave the lights alone and pop on your new covers

Just look at an STI8, it won't look any diferent from the front except the scoop.
