Question

What`s the best stuff to use for cleaning the engine bay and surrounding areas?? Looking a bit filthy, don`t want to put loads of hard work in with soapy water if there`s a magical formula.

CD2

Available from halfords at £7.99

Kit comes as two cans, cleaner & detailer

1. Warm engine
2. Cover alarm and electrical stuff
3. Spray engne bay liberally with cleaner
4. leave 5 mins
5. Wash off with water, pressure washer is ok for good results, just watch the IC fins
6. start engine and run for 20 mins
7. when dry, or wipe dry excess, spray on detailer
8. Leave for a while, wipe of excess with cloth

= one sparkly engine bay

BTW one kit did two cars
