Default 08v paint mixing advice

Hi I have a black prodrive bug and it's just had the rear bumper sprayed and the colour doesn't quite match. It was mixed with the computers measurements at the paint shop, the painter will do it again no problem but any help on the colour mix etc would help. Thanks Marc

Usually the cheaper the brand the less varients of the shade they have.

Oh right, could you tell me what paint you use and the different weights of each one? Thanks Marc

Had a look on the dupont site they have the individual paints and amount in grams to make the mix so ill cross reference with what my mate has at his paint shop. Also found a company that mixes the dupont stuff too.

Sadly you can't cross reference tinters. DuPont tinters are a lot more concentrated than say an octoral based system.

You'll need to order it in in cromax which is DuPont water based paint.
