for myself, after liverpool ticket's any game really, got some money saved up & i think its time that i start going down 2 see afew games now..

First port of call would be the club. get on the website, if your not part of a membership scheme or season ticket holder you will be pretty much pissing in the wind for any of the top clubs, especially the other top 3 and everton. maybe even top 6-8 teams.
but get on the website, find out when they play the likes of sunderland, fulham etc. should be simple enough. you do have to mount a campaign though. get info on when tickets go on general sale, then that day wake up bloody early and get on the phones first thing. I had to do it for the semi final and cup finals last year as a pomepy supporter. luckily this year I could afford a s.ticket so get first dips on everything.
Another route you could try is the clubs ticket redistribution scheme. most seem to have them these days (ours is run by seatwave) this is whe na season ticket holder doesn't want to go to the game for what ever reason and sells his ticket on to someone else. Might be worth a look.
