Default EVDS to sign for UTD

I am gutted one of the best keepers in the Premiership ! & Despite his age I think utd have got a bargain at between £2m & £3m !

How can we replace him for that kind of money ? He deffo kept us up last year !

No hard feelings aimed towards him ! He has been awesome for us for 4 years & despite not liking man utd since the SAHA saga ! I hope he wins something there he deserves a trophy or 2 in England !

Thanks for all you did for Fulham Edwin !

I think he is a good signing for us. Undoubted class and I'm sure he can make the step up.

From what lol
He plays in the premiership behind what should be a worse defence than yours ! Also is the Dutch first choice keeper !

He is a winner of the Champions League with Ajax in 1995, he has also won the UEFA Cup, Super Cup and four Dutch League titles !!!!

It's a different game though at that level. my point is that playing for Fulham he may be called on to make 5 or 6 saves per game. At united he may be not required to do a lot for a decent period of the match then he's called to make one maybe two saves in the game. it's about that level on concentration. something somebody like Carroll never could cope with. I know his past and the fact he plays for Holland was the reason I'm sure he can make the step up from Fulham to United.

Will have to see if the rumours are true about LFC bringing in a new keeper - Reina from Villarreal.

Well I'm chuffed with that signing, even if it is for two years £35m for Buffon was taking the ****, we need to spend that on the midfield not a keeper, undisclosed fee, £2m?? possibly, good business

Not necessarily the best keepers, but they have a good defence in front of them which helps

Hes a good keeper but Man U will need a lot more than just him to stop Chelsea next season which realistically just isnt gonna happen

David Seaman made his name in that way, soon found out how good he wasn't when he went to City though

Let's face it though RK, you wouldn't be to upset if St Rafa went after either Cudiccini or Cech, would you? I know I wouldn't

PS Fulham71, I wouldn't be to sure about EVDS playing behind a better defence at his new home
