actually a Scotish mate of mine said it's the second worse case of "it was over the line and the ref never gave it". He said he was at a match where the ball beat the keeper, went into the back of the net, hit the metal post at the back of the net can came straight back out. A player from the attacking team caught the ball as it was obviously a goal only for the ref to give handball as he thought the ball had hit the post!!!
