SIDC EVENT 26th MAY
#1
SIDC SOUTHERN DAY OUT
To be held at the National Motor Museum on Sunday 26th May. The museum is open at 10am and the event will be wound up at 5pm although the museum is open till 6pm.
Price's will be: £6:75 for each adult and £3:50 for each child. This is a substantial saving as normal adult tickets are £11:95.
The National Motor Museum is at Beaulieu, in the heart of the New Forest in Hampshire so why not make a weekend of it and make the most of the Bank Holiday weekend.
There will be a concour's event with 2 category’s, non-modified car's and modified car’s, with a trophy for each class winner. The overall best car will receive the anniversary trophy.
We are currently looking for the following & if anyone can help please can they contact me: -
1. We would like to display a couple of rally car's, contact name's and number's would be appreciated if we can get hold of these.
2. We would like to display the Sti from 1-7,to give people an idea of how the Impreza has changed through the years.
3. Trade stand maybe available.
4. Entrants for the concours event. Please email me if you are interested in entering.
Please email if you have any queries or require tickets for this event.
We believe we have covered everything, if not then please get in touch. My email address is Paul@mass-sports.com

Might be worth entering the concours...
As it's the SIDC's 1st concours event the standards won't be that high.
After all those years of having show condition Ford RS's I never thought I'd end up doing it with my Subaru.....
1 tip tho'... rather than calling it concours, why not call is 'Show & Shine' as concours is a bit scary for those that have not entered it or in some cases don't even know what it means.
The RSOC concour entrant level has been getting smaller and smaller over the years due to the very high standard of preperation and the over pickyness of the judges.
Show & Shine is the way to go to attract higher entrants, as it's alot less formal.

What a surprise.Having organised the SIDC Southern day out and awaiting final detail's from a number of people I see someone has beat me to posting on Scoobynet!
Dont get me wrong pleased to see an interest but I dont want this running away with itself before I have everything in place.
I am hoping to have it as a national event in order to make it huge and show the MXOC(who are there that day) that we can also put on a show.
Cheers Paul.
