Question Ride in a car with Eibach fitted needed please.

I am looking for a big favour from anyone in the Watford or surrounding area.

I have a MY95 UK and it has lowered suspension (just shorter springs I believe).
I have just been on holiday in it and driven nearily a 1000 miles in a week and I am a a little fed up with the ride quality. Every small stone feels like a mountain, every pot hole is a back breaker. I do have 18's with 35 profile tyres so I know that doesnt help, but it wasnt much better on the 16's I had before.

I would like to try Eibach's but dont want all that expense and then find out its not much better.

So here is where hopefully someone can help me. I would like a ride in a similiar car fitted with Eibach's. Does your car have Eibach's fitted and you near to Watford (I dont mind travelling a little).

Would you be prepared to just give me a quick trip as a passeneger of course to help make my mind up?

Or do you have something else fitted to your car that has good ride quality and would be able to demonstrate and recommend?

Many Thanks Anthony

If this post is not in the correct place then please move as neccesary.

Strange question what made you ask that? Its not to far from the mark though, I do race model cars at LORMCC (Leighton), WLRC (Hillingdon) and DMS (Watford). Not sure where pole hill is?

Do you race then?

Yeah, WLRC is Pole hill! It's just I'm sure I remember talking to someone who has a MY95 on big wheels that very low, who was saying the ride was too harsh. Was that you, White saloon with prodrive stickers? Anyway two of my mates race there so I go down there now and again, See you Wednesday!

Paul
Silver MY99

PS. Maps for both places will be on the thread soon
