We've done a Alton Towers trip on an August weekend for the last 2 years and have never had any probs at all with being busy - in fact, its actually some of the quietest times I've been there and you can easily get every ride done Must be coz everyones in Spain around then

Righto. I know the question was hard for you lot so I'll phrase it differently
Who fancies an Alton Tower weekend?
We'll drive up/meet up Saturday the 21st June(suggestions?). Cruise the Peak district..stop at a) a pub for something greasy or
b) a cream tea kinda affair LOL in the afternoon then make our way to the hotel. Saturday night will be kinda drunken/ kinda eating/ no police called to the scene.
Sunday we hit the park early and ride till someone goes green, then point and laugh before riding some more.
How now peeps? And Danny, 'course singles are welcome! Just not Wankelers!

Ahh, but if you get there at 9.30 you get extra ride time!
(assuming you've bought the tickets in advance or have season tickets)
The date isn't set in stone, but aiming to get something arranged. I was thinking early summer as late summer may possibly clash with IOW3!
