Would suggest following the wires back from the keypad that's usually installed by the fuse box?

To reprogram a fob you need either:

A working fob that will arm and disarm the alarm

OR

The 4 digit pin code

How can you do it without the Pin? Bought mine 2 weeks ago and only one fob, bought fob and code is wrong. Asjed seller he tells me he never tried the pin. I have the original instructions including sticker with pi and serial number but if there is a way of adding a new remote fob without the pin then please let me know

Arm and then Disarm the system using the working Radio Key.
Within 30 seconds of disarming, type into the keypad- *17856*91*2# where 2 is total number of radio keys to work the system
Briefly press both radio keys in turn (the dash board LED will flash each time and the siren will bleep) Any radio keys not programmed here will no-longer operate the system.
You should now be able to arm and disarm the system using all the radio keys programmed.

Taken from http://www.scoobypedia.co.uk/index.p...RemoteControls (for more instructions)

There's also a thread on here (search for posts by sigma sam (could be sigma-sam))

singhsuperstud you are my new hero. Just seen your reply and problem solved in seconds. Don't suppose there's a way of resetting the pin. On my phone so will check your link when next on pc. Anyway many thanks, I was a bit panicked only having one remote.

Lol - never been somebody's hero before

Check out the link below for a basic Sigma M30 manual:

http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct...EaIhuvAezH6boQ

For changing the pin try:

Programming a New PIN Code:

The standard PIN code can be changed following the sequence below:
i) Type in to the keypad **
ii) Type in to the keypad the “existing PIN code” then *
iii) Type in to the keypad 92 * “new PIN code” * “new PIN code” #
