Unhappy Sigma and welding

can any one tell me if you can weld with a sigma Immobiliser on, as i have to do some welding on my jeep. and i did not fit the Immobiliser and have no info on the Immobiliser can some HELP PLZ

I couldn't guarantee that it would be ok.
As with any electronic control unit, it's best practice to disconnect the unit before doing the welding.

Depending on the model, you should be able to disconnect the control unit from the wiring harness. If the system is a Thatcham Cat1 then you will have to remove the unit from it's steel enclosure to access the multiplug.
