I have a meta alarm and imobiliser on mine and its a good system. It does go off it you open the car whilst its activated or mess with the car.
A good thing is it doesnt go off every 5 mins for no reason or if a bit of wind blows on it etc etc

Me too, was on the car when I bought it.. no problems in just over 3 years..
Was going to change it for a Clifford 2 months after I bought the car, but after problems with the Clifford on my last car I decided not to bothered. Glad I didn't now.. mums microwave oven sets off dads Clifford when its in its normal parking spot by the kitchen window how much use is that then if you can't use it?
