Intermittently, when I arm or disarm the Standard MY00 Sigma alarm, all 3 indicators on the drivers side sometimes flash out of sequence with the other side and stay on permanently afterwards. If I lock and unlock the doors repeatedly they go off after a few times.
I have recently had the Subaru dealership fit the shielded Sigma ECU to stop interference by mobile phone masts - possibly to do with this ??
I have recently fitted myself clear inicators and therefore changed the front and side repeater bulbs to orange ones from clear ones - can't imaginge it is to do with this
Any advice / suggestions please - intermittent electrical faults are always the worst to get diagnosed and sorted out
......thanks for reading.

May not be alarm related.
The Sigma flashes faster than normal if a fault is detected.
The new ECU may not have been connected quite right - check if the connection block is loose.
Also you say that you put clear repeators on recently - have you checked that no wires were trapped when replacing.
Hope you find the fault.

The ECU is under a kick plate which is under the carpet in the passenger side footwell (on the slope part).

Edited to add - Have a look here for a pic of the ECU in situ
