Default Toad AI606 not locking

Anyone able to give us an idea as to what could be going on here. I replaced the locking actuator on the drivers door and it worked absolutely fine about 10/12 times but then just stopped. I can lock / unlock with the key and can lock from the inside. The Toad fob arms / disarms fine but the fob doesn't unlock anymore. Ive put a multimeter on the wires and it doesn't look like theres any power when you lock with the fob. I've checked subaru locking fuse and its fine. Is there another fuse?
Also, does anyone know where I can get an instruction manual for it? It was fitted by a dealer when I bought the car so never received one
