Default clifford alarm problem or just central locking

ok have above fitted i believe its a g5
when i lock my car with the key fob the central locking goes clunk click as to lock the car but then theres another click straight after the first two so up untill today i never thought anything of it but have now worked out thats its not locking the car ....seems to be locking it then unlocking it in one motion
if i use the key to lock the central locking works fine so am guess there is a problem with the alarm
can anyone suggest what the problem might be
thanks phil
UPDATE
ok it seems that the fob locks all the doors except the drivers door (locks it then unlocks it)
and also having trouble locking it with the key now

Sound like drivers door actuator is not working, try locking the car from remote while looking in passengers side window if the drivers door lock does not close the actuator is not working. hope this helps.
