Looking for someone to do my 50k
Hi all,
My 2006 WRX is due its 50k service any time now but the prices I have are higher than I expected from a specialist!
Subaru want about £750 and the non scooby folk want not much less.
Obviously it's the service and cambelt change but thought the difference would be better.
Anyone have any suggestions please?
I'm near Aberdeen.

I will give them a try mate, I actually live in Kintore, never gave them a thought
Think the cambelt being included might still cost a bit.
Will call them tomorrow.

Sheesh when Grieves did this service for me it was £400 with the SIDC discount.
To be fair though, they didn't change the tensioner. Checked it and said it was fine so no need to add that to the bill. appreciated them not finding work for the sake of it.
If you can't get it for less then SIDC membership might help. Should cost you £20 or so but you'll get £75 off so you'll still be £50 up.
