Question Wave From The POLICE ?????

I was driving up Broxburn main street today about 4-30pm and i could have been positive i got a wave from a police officer driving a pandy car. It was the kinda wave you get from fellow Subaru owners but this guy was driving a POLICE car anyone had this before.

Off course we have all be waved at by the police but NOT in this kinda way or have we ???

When I bought my car from D*ive Subaru, the sales guy said of the last four car he had sold - one was to me and three (with full tints I might add) were STI's, 2 with Prodrive to police officers!!!

Said he knew tons who had them,

Scoobywave any police?!?!

Yep, there's a few few policemen that lurk around on here

I was playing with DeltaDash last year when a traffic car pulled up behind me just outside Newhouse. Wondering what I had done wrong and starting to feel guilty (when I wasn't), the bloke just said ah don't worry, I'm a scooby owner too and when I saw your Scoob parked up I wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong.

He even gave Scoobynet a mention

On my drive home from the Dealer in my brand new RB5 I got flashed by an oncoming panda car, but that was with a wag of his finger since I was giving it some stick along the A73 At least he was cool about it

Wink

It could have been Naz, he's a policeman in Broxburn, and he drives a red MY99 Turbo with loads of tuning and styling bits fitted.
Wonder who he got all that from !

I quite often get flashed by panda cars too. Quite often their blue lights come on and they start waving quite enthusiastically! I obviously assume they're egg'ing me on as they are fellow scooby owners, so I go faster and within a few minutes I've left them behind. Nice guys these traffic cops !

I must admit, I have on occasion, forgotten that I was in my "company car" and given fellow Scoob drivers a wave.

Its usually when they don't wave back that I remember what I am driving!
