Question Car transportation - Anyone help?

Well for the past 6 months I've been collecting parts to complete my '99 facelift to my '98 and I'm glad to say there all here...

My new problem is getting the car to the painters ( Scoobyclinic: Stoke-on-trent.) as it's unfit for the road, no bumper etc.. a mate had offered his services but has had to pull out..

Does anyone know of anywhere that I could hire a Trailor or flatbed transit for a day preferably in Fife..east coast if poss??

Never easy eh!

Bee,

I needed to get a car transported recently from near Wolverhampton to Aberdeen.

I found that the bigger car transportation businesses could do it for less than the equivalent of me taking the time off work.

They have transporters going up and down the country every day.

Here's a starter for ten for ya.

Cheers,

N

Try ebay, their are loads of people offering this service in ebay motors. Don't know if it's cheaper than Numptie's info though.

No, I used Aberdeen Trailers, no complaints.

IIRC, it was £190 to get the car up.

I did the Yell search for Fife 'cos you'd mentioned you were in that area.

Cheers,

N

So i will also be going the transporter route!

Did yours go on a flatbed numptie?

Ps did you get my PM re sprints and hillclimbs etc?

To be honest, I have no idea (I wasn't there when it was delivered).
