Driving to work this morning about 6.30, down Glenshee and just where the old Blackwater hotel is, out jumps a deer and hits my Scooby...bugger. Broke front passenger side fog light and indicator. It must have spun around because it put a dent in the back door. I had to go into AWD in Perth today anyway coz I they were going to be fitting a boost gauge to the car,Lucky for me Grant had a second hand fog light in stock so I bought that for £45.Subaru were going to charge me £75 plus vat.I know someone who has an indicator they can give me cheap so thats that problem solved.Still have to get the door fixed tho,got a friend whe used to be a pannel beater and he still does homers so I think he will be able to take out the dent. But still it was an expensive day.

By the way the deer has gone to a better place god rest its sole.

The door is going to be a bigger job than I first thought It is going to have to get a new door skin.I have decided rather than get it done on the cheap I am going to take it to a proper body shop and get every small scratch and dent fixed, and also get the side skirts and mirrors colour coded.Should have a quote back from them by the end of the week.
