rx7s are cool but do tell them another few thousand miles and they will have to rebuild the whole engine

mmmmmm, sounds like a nice little job for me. its sometimes handy being a qualified rx7 technician.. there a bit of a bar-stuard to build.
you only need to do them if the tips are worn down. by the sounds of things it should be good for another few thousand miles....good luck with the sale mate......do you fancy a wagon

Alright lads, thanks for getting back to me
Foz - The pics are fooked the now mate cos i tried turbosport to upload them. i am now using fotopic but have a sound guy darren who has offered to host them for me too. so they should be on soon although i need to get better ones taken.
As for part exchange mate, im looking for either a cheap run about and cash, or a swap for a Evo 5/Skyline GTR and me giving some cash
Moses - if u speak to other rx7 owners, all will say that the rebuild is needed at dif miles. its down to how good a rx u got!! mine was handpicked out of all available in japan at that time by a specialist importer. it had 1 owner in japan who hardly used it, and now me. its barely done 5k a year!! the rebuild can cost very little or bigger amount, it depends what goes. as iain said, if its only something wee that goes, then the rebuild is alot cheaper. so my theory is, DONT BE PUT OFF BY THE SCARY REBUILD STORIES you hear as no Rex is the same!!
Iain - who do u work for mate? i took my car to MAZDA to get serviced, and had all there mouths touching the deck!! shockingly, THE MECHANIC asked me "what kind of car is that?"!!!! they didnt have a clue!! now, if ur qualified, u can have all my rx7 business mate if i cant sell it. i want a full service done again b4 i sell it. can u do that? or u just the repair man!! its glad to finally see someone in scotland who is willing to have a go at the Wankel, most seem to be down south!!
What wagon u got mate? WRX? Any pics?

as iain said tho, like myself, my car is far off a rebuild yet, prob get about another 12000 miles atleast b4 u even have to start thinking about that. and even then, it could be a little cost for the rebuild depending what goes.
anyhow, why live life wondering about when my car is going to blow up!! hee hee!!! just be like me, and think **** it, im 21, im paying over £2000 for insurance but who cares when u get to drive a car that throws you back in your seat when your hitting 60mph in 4.9 seconds!!!!
