Hi peeps, my car (sti v2) is going into crd on wed for a cambelt change and service. Has anyone dealt with them? Are they good? They seemed very knowledgeable when i spoke to them.

Cheers Johnny.

Hey Johnny i have an sti v2 as well. I am getting my cambelt done in a weeks time by the guys at JVS in loanhead. They are a top bunch of guys who look after cars. They might help you (for money of course) and do it for you. BTW they imported my car so i am biased!

Sorry - no experience of CRD but I think it only fair to say I've only had good service from the guys at Eaglesham Garage. All too often we only hear when service is bad so I thought I'd put my tuppenceworth in!

Again I highly recomend JVS in Loanhead, bought my last 2 scoobys from them and any work I have needed done was never a problem and I cant fault them at all(And you dont need a bank loan to pay them either)

Read up on here about them and make up your mind!

It all depends on whether you can trust the word of a company who advertise that they own the fastest Impreza in the UK when they were at USC @ Crail BUT YET STILL GOT THEIR A***S KICKED BY US AND AWD MOTORSPORT (nice one dave!)

fastest in the UK.....I've been in Bob Rawles car - CRD are talking rubbish and I am sure Adam M will have something to say about it as well. were they at TOTB 2..........hmmmm, didn't think so

I must also say that I have never used them and so cannot comment on their abilities as mechanics but I have read some of the horror stories about them.
