Hi guys, thought i'd better'd introduce myself in here.
My name's Carl Davey (surprise!!) and i've just bought myself a MY98 UK Turbo, see here - http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadid=160430
For the locals, i stay around 6 miles outside of Turriff in the sticks which for most others is around 30 miles outside if Aberdeen.
I've been floating around here for a while now and think i may recognise some of your cars. For the record my reg is R*** PRD so gimme a flash if you see me.
Carl

Yup its Matthews (now old) car alright. Out of the four or five i looked at it was by far the best. Just can't wait for the better weather to arrive so i can clean it up properly and also find out how it drives for real!!
I hope to make it to some of the meets. I'm at college most Tuesdays (in Falkirk!!) but often travel back up North straight after so hopefully i'll be able to drop in past on my way home.

Aaagh, that'd have been by Jim Kinsella at Turrif Tyres then?
Wasn't a green Mondeo around 2 years or more ago was it? One was getting a custom stainless fitted when i was up there once.

Hey Carl,
I'm sure you will look after my car as much as i did and you will love it, no danger of that.. I see you have cleaned it from when you picked it up from mine have you
Anyway just make sure you don't stuff it into a wall backwards within a month of having it like i did.. only joking mate
Right, i will no doubt see you skulking around this place in the future...
Have a blast man..
Boyner

Lol!
I had a few hairy moments in the frost on the dual carriageway the other morning but all seems well after putting some air in the rear tyres, they were at 25psi
Erm, weeel, haven't had a chance to wash it yet, just been so busy and besides, it looks soo 'rally slag' when its dirty lol! Seriously, anyone that knows me will tell you i'm not one to neglect a car, as soon as the better weather comes it'll be washed and Autoglymed weekly. For now the jet wash will have to do though.
Was in Checkpoint this morning getting the Tracker fitted, the car sounded awesome in the workshop with the Prodrive!!
