Well done to Duncan Brown, great result for you esp with the amount of more powerfull machinery (although i hear it could have been better ) the wee nova was being peddalled mighty fast when we saw it!
saw you a couple of times at service, but you looked busy number crunching so didnt want to disturb you.

nice meeting numptie, thought i might have saw more of you at stages, but only saw the car parked up in tobe.(or STi city as i think it going to be renamed !

regards
dave

Cheers Dave,

You're right, it could've been better - the 15 mins spent in a deep bog didn't help! Had previously been congratulating the winner of the 1600 class but tonight saw a very arrogant forum post elsewhere from the guy's Dad, so not so generous. Not sure if he realised that he had an advantage of 70 bhp, much better box, 90% LSD, bigger wheels, more tyre choice etc!

You should've come over and said hello, always got time for a chat.

Dunc

PS take any pictures?

are you mad! i didnt take my hands out of my pockets for three days! my mate took loads,so i just told him to get two sets,if there are any of you ill let you know.
on the way home,we decided to get his mini ready for next years event, just got to get electrics sorted and as he has been building it for two years already we might just make it!,although when i droped him off i had a seat in it,not good news,as i am ,like yourself, generously proportioned, and my a##e wont fit into his nice neat cobras!

the sharp-eyed amongst you may have notice the teambrowns Nova this year had a new nav's seat. although we didn't win, at least I can walk unlike last year!

if you're going to enter, get registered on the 2300 club email list (Pete Kenyon)

C'mon then Paw, where do we find this arrogant post ?

Not that any of us would reply to it or anything, just out of curiosityness

Paw,

Being the proud winner of your competition, I suggest the T-shirts go to the runner-up or another deserving cause (since you were kind enough to give us some on Mull)

I'll have the pic and the sticker though

See ya soon (and I'll put that stuff in the post this week)

Aye, so I'm not going to be greedy and ask for the T-shirts.

The sticker I will have since the one I got on Mull went on a bit squint (thanks to Mrs Numptie )

... and, you'd asked for photos of my car c/w stickers ... so ...

... and the photo (of the "Dervaig Dipper") I will have because it'll be a nice thing for my office or workshop

I thought I'd been clear enough !
