Just trying to help John S guage numbers who are interested in attending an evening get together next Tuesday or Wednesday evening. Forum is.........couple of drinks and possibly a meal (hence numbers required!) Who's up for it? (Maybe a quick run after if the weather/light is good enough!)
Anyone with any ideas on places to meet feel free to post as my local is a bit on the small side!
C'mon, the more the merrier!:
Russell
ps I'm not organising it, just trying to help John get a rough idea of numbers going!

OK then,
why don't we just pick a pub/inn with a reasonable sized car park, with reasonable access for everyone and take it from there.
How does Wednesday evening sound, 7:30pm.
Suggestions for a venue ?
We've had a few good lunches at the Cove Bay Hotel, but the Mill of Mundurno at the Bridge of Don has quite a big car park and is easy to find. There's also the Old Mill Inn at Peterculter, and a place that Mac mentioned to me the other day which is very central (waiting to hear if that's a go-er).
Any others ?
John

Count me in for this one
7:30ish, glad you put that bit in, my girlfriend says I will be late for my own funeral
Heres a stupid question, Fars the Old Mill Inn? I know where the Ploughman is, and the cop shop , but not the old mill.
A map would be great, mind you it has to be easy to read
See you all there Martin.

Well, technically the Old Mill Inn is in Maryculter
Have a good one, I'll be in Italy next week. Missed Knockhill last week when in Nigeria, for the week home nothing happens and then away again and there's a meet!

I take it you can manage the weekend Foz???
I don't think I can make the Wed either - a busy week at work next week... so probably 9pm finishes... pretty annoying!
I'll know by the beg of next week whether or not I can make it along (providing a Golf is welcome!)

Doug,
All and sundry are welcome - if they can handle a bunch of testosterone and Optimax fuelled petrolheads talking about cars, etc
ScoobyLoobyLou will obviously relish being in this situation though:
Even my other half may come along to try to group with the other partners and put a stop to this modifying lark
See y'all there!
