We will shortly be publishing an online form that plus members can fill in, in order to get their membership packs. I expect this to be available within the next 7 days.

Don't you get confirmation of each individual's address from Paypal when they confirm that your account has been credited? Certainly, that's the system when Paypal is used in conjunction with Ebay - but maybe it differs for different aplications.
